• Customer is responsible for reservation of a parking space before our arrival or arranged suspension or permit where necessary with local council.
  • If our van receives a ticket, because there is no pre arranged parking space it will be the client’s responsibility to pay the penalty fee.
  • It is customer’s responsibility to choose the right size of the van if we don’t do packing service.
  • The customer’s responsibility is to pack everything properly. We do not accept responsibility for damage or breakage caused by poor packing.
  • We will not accept responsibility for damaged or loss, after job and payment is completed.
  • Customer is responsible for dismantlement before our arrival any of unit, furniture, beds.
  • It is customer’s responsibility to make sure that all items will fit in the new house. (E.g. wardrobe, beds, sofas etc.)
  • We don’t take any liability for delays caused by the customer. (Waiting for keys, not packed, etc.)
  • If the customer changes or cancels the booking within 24 hours before the job, you will be charged 50%.
  • We reserve the right upon non payment of booking or cancellation charge to register your details with various blacklists and credit ref agencies.
  • Any bookings not paid upon completion will be subject to court case.
  • We reserve the right to change or cancel any bookings.
  • We will never distribute your personal details. All details we hold will be automatically deleted after 6 months.
  • All our drivers carry trolleys, straps and blankets.
  • Arrival time on any bookings is estimated. We will do our best to be on time, but there might be delays caused by circumstances out of our control (weather, traffic accidents, road closures, etc.) We will not offer any refunds for lateness.
  • All payments must be made in cash or pre paid by credit or debit card.
